[Talk-ca] openstreetmap.org tile rendering unreliable

Hi Andy,
I know what the developper tools are. I have them activated for another purpose (get high quality Strava Global Heatmap as a background in ID when editing trails), but beyond that one use I am familiar with, I have no idea where to look. I am not a site developper. So I guess yes I can look but since I have no idea what I am looking for I am useless.
