[Talk-ca] Road name edits in Canada

I just went through and made changeset comments on all of the ones in my area where the user lied about the source, as well as the cases where Google Maps was almost certainly the source. I see that Andy is working on reverting some changesets now, so I won't bother to list all of the ones I commented on (about 30).

examples that I've explicitly called out. 

I'll go into more detail in a later list post, and hopefully also 
address "where we go from here", but for now I'll just concentrate on 
getting the unverified edits reverted. I'm aware of one has been 
verified by a later survey (the road names added at 
https://openstreetmap.org/changeset/120074372 ).
