[Talk-ca] New challenge - Fix Building & Highway Intersections

Hello All,

I am reaching out to share a new MapRoulette challenge for resolving spatial intersects between buildings and highways in Canada. You can view the challenge at: https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/39085
As this is a new activity, only tasks within British Columbia have been loaded to gather feedback. The tasks are currently limited to situations where Building = yes or Building = House intersect with highways. Highways related to indoor navigation are excluded. Intersects with highways and other building types are still being evaluated. Over time, we may load tasks for additional provinces after evaluating and filtering out false positives.

We plan to start editing this challenge in 2 weeks. Starting approximately on May 12, 2023. If we run into significant imagery offsets with a specific task, conflicts between sources, or unusual scenarios with tagging, we'll hold off on editing until reaching out to the community for additional guidance.
