[Talk-ca] New challenge - Fix Building & Highway Intersections

I did a few, just to see what kind of edits would be required. Most were
just a simple matter of adjusting a house outline or highway location:
looking at the history of the object it is many years old, and the original
mapper probably had low-quality aerial imagery to use.
There were some cases that still seemed to be related to indoor routing,
but probably because the indoor footways are not tagged as being indoors
(Mark R. Isfeld Secondary School in Courtenay, or the north part of the
Commercial-Broadway Skytrain station in Vancouver as examples)
I also used Osmose to find highway-intersecting-building errors in Calgary
(where I live), as a sneak preview of future MapRoulette challenges. Most
here seem to be drive-throughs at fast food restaurants or porte-cochères
at hotels. So that becomes a matter of splitting the building up and
tagging the porte-cochère as building=roof and the highway as covered=yes.
Car washes also seem to come up with this problem in the Calgary area. I'm
not sure if those are within the intended "scope" of this challenge.

If we run into significant imagery offsets with a specific task, conflicts between sources, or unusual scenarios with tagging, we’ll hold off on editing until reaching out to the community for additional guidance.
