[Talk-ca] highway=living_street

Je ne crois pas que nous devons importer le concept réglementé en Angleterre de highway=living_street.  Il semble plus approprié d'utiliser highway=pedestrian pour des rues où les piétons ont préséance et les rues piétonnes en général.Voir https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3DpedestrianVor aussi la discussion https://forum.openstreetmap.fr/t/trottoir-et-zone-pietonne/9188/10
Pour l'exemple de Harald, j'utiiliserais highway=pedestrian.  On peut aussi ajouter des infos que partagé avec vélos et véhicules.   
Une particularité de Montréal, ce sont aussi les ruelles,  allées à l'arrière des maisons dont l'accès aux voitures est plus ou moins limité selon la décision des riverians de cette ruelle. Je suppose que cela s'applique à beaucoup d'autres villes et j'indiquerais encore highway=pedestrian.

Aside from legal meaning, highway=living_street seems to be appropriate tagging to me in this case.

We seem to have a few creeping into the map in Canada.  In Europe they have a legal meaning is that the case in Canada or is it just wishful thinking?
