Ja, die Slippy Map kann man ja von OpenLayers aus einfach einbinden,  
und OpenLayers hat auch einen "Marker Layer". Keine Ahnung, wie das  
genau funktioniert, man muss halt ein bisschen Javascripten können,  
aber im Prinzip sollte man sich sowas leicht basteln koennen.

Christopher Schmidt hat auch gerade auf der englischen Liste etwas  
vorgestellt, das er gebastelt hat, ich kopiere das Posting mal unten  
dran - nicht verwirren lassen, einfach den ersten genannten URL  
probieren.
