I think it's also a good idea to keep track of the status of current and past 
requests (including denials), such that people can easily check whether a 
particular source has been contacted before. The global import catalogue is 
not necessarily the best place for this kind of information: a 
Denmark-specific page, as proposed, may be more suitable.
