Maybe someone in the OSM Finland facebook channel or in the user forum 
or in IRC channel that I mentioned earlier would have suggestion. The 
page http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import has red box at the top 
that also points out the importance of the careful consultation with 
local community.

I do not take any responsibility in this import. However, at the import
