[OSM-talk-fr] Ajouter à OSM données cadastres des bâtiments dans des communes vides des bâtiments

On small village, here is how I'm doing it:
- use cadastre.openstreetmap.fr to generate the building .osm file
- open the file in JOSM
- use JOSM validator to detect inconsistencies (like overlapping building
polygons) and fix them
- check building position with the help of aerial imagery (BD Ortho IGN si
the prefered one), move what needs to be moved (cadastre is not highly
accurate). For this I usually move entire blocks as the offset comes from
original sheets covering a couple of blocks.
- "zoom on data" and load all existing OSM data in the area
- use JOSM validator to detect buildings crossing other object like roads,
streets, etc...
- replace some existing buildings with the new, last cleanup...
- upload !
- do the next one...
