This is quite bizarre. If I go to oxontime and punch my postcode in,
all the Charlbury stops are given numeric references like 69326756.
Same on livebus.org, of course.
But the OCC public transport map down at Charlbury station has Naptan
alphabetic codes, e.g. oxfampjm.
I _think_ the new OCC bus-stop signs, erected in the last couple of
months to replace the Stagecoach-branded ones (only a couple of years
old themselves), have alphabetic codes too. But I'll check when I'm
back in Charlbury tomorrow.
