[Talk-gb-westmidlands] Birmingham strret list

When asked what percentage we had completed in Birmingham I've responded
that it must be high 90's percent. However we don't really know for sure do
we? What would be useful is an extract of all the road names in the OSM db
that sit within Birmingham highways responsibility. Their website says they
have 9179 roads, would be good if we could compare, at least with the named
roads list.

Anyone fancy producing a list from a .osm extract? Would need to drop ways
that are outside the Brum admin boundary. I assume we would need every
occurrence of a name too in the first instance so that we catch streets that
have the same name in different parts of the city.

I'm also interested in this list for the gazetteer I'd like to kick off. At
the moment I'm concentrating on Sutton Coldfield but no reason why it
shouldn't be for a wider area.
