Hi Arthur

You might get challenged as I'm told this is a private estate. Best thing
to do is identify yourself as OSM and explain that we're co-operating with
 Michael Murray the senior surveyor at St Modwen the developer who knows
what we're doing and ask that security check with him.  If you don't feel
comfortable with this I can do the survey wearing a high viz vest
