I'll stick to the area around the new retail developments.

Cheers

Hi all,

I am hoping to have a go at the area between Edenhurst Road and the railway
line for house numbers this afternoon. I have made a start on the Park View
Estate on the corner of Lickey Road/Lowhill Lane and am looking for some
advise on how to continue tonight.

I cycled over to Longbridge and took a photo of the sculpture on the way but
another photo will not hurt.

Hi everyone

Had a long chat yesterday with Michael Murray the senior surveyor from the
developer St Modwen. They're up to their eyes at the moment rushing for
completion of Sainsbury's on 28 August so can't give us any time or access
before then. I said that then we'd be too busy with SotM so we agreed the
best time to contact him for access is in September. He is warm towards OSM
and appreciates that we can't use OS-derived plans - he was complaining
bitterly about the fees he's just had to pay to renew his OS licence! All we
need to do is give him a few days notice- this goes for later months too for
the residential development further south where the first show homes are
going up.

He also said that surveying the new residential area in Cofton Park Drive
off Lickey Lane might be tricky given it's private status and that we might
get challenged by Security. He said we should refer them to him , so I
suggest I tackle that on Aug 1st wearing a highviz vest.

Can someone get a photo for me of the Centro Interchange sculpture as you
come out of Longbridge station on Longbridge Lane?

Hope you all got the plan to meet at the Black Horse Northfield afterwards

Regards

Brian
