Try the NCR for electric charge points (need survey to confirm they are in
deed there):

http://data.gov.uk/dataset/national-charge-point-registry
http://www.nationalchargepointregistry.com/

What we could do with is an phone app in which you can load all this data,
and then when surveying you can just click "yes its there"/"no its not" to
have the data imported into OSM. You could also use this for collecting
names of shops that change frequently.
