Not the west end, but I have been working on Glasgow for over a year
now.  I haven't covered much, but most of the main routes are there.

I thought they had disabled RSS feeds, which one did they disable?

http://www.openstreetmap.org/feeds/nodes.rss?latitude=55.859&longditude=-4.260 would be the feed for Glasgow.
