[Talk-GB] Southampton Mapping Party- April 28/29

Following a discussion with Andy Robinson and Steve Chilton at the Oxford meet 
I have decided to change the focus of the planned South Hampshire mapping 
party to a Southampton mapping party, with the aim being to completely map 
the Ordnance Survey's home city and in doing so provide the first complete 
map of a city of 100,000+. With significant mapping done already (probably 
about 40-50% of the city) this is a real achievable aim if enough people come 
along.

The weekend will also aim to provide the sort of mapping not often shown on OS 
maps and the like, such as the footways which provide short cuts between 
housing estates, and the permissive paths on the edge of town which are 
useful if you want to make a quick escape into the countryside.
