It's hard to see where the boundaries are as I lose the overlay when I
zoom in to street level. However Southwark looks wrong. SE5 is in 3
non-connecting bits, SE17 in 2 bits, SE21 and SE22 in 2 bits, SE19 in 2
pieces a long way apart etc. We also have an HP (?) here, which we
certainly don't in reality.
