[Talk-GB] Access restrictions

I'm trying to join one pedestrianised way to another, which is easy enough to do, but the one I'm adding specifies a restriction that cycling isn't allowed between 9am and 6pm.

I've looked here:

and figure that hour_on and hour_off might do the trick, but how do I make it clear that those only apply to bicycle access and not pedestrian access? Is it something like bicycle:hour_on= ?

Without specifying bicycle/car/psv/whatever then hour_on and hour_off are no use if restrictions differ for different road users.
