[Talk-GB] Addresses for blocks of flats

Hi there,

I've been experimenting with tracing buildings from OS StreetView and
surveys on foot. I'd previously added address info with simple interpolation
ways, but for various reasons it may be useful in my area to get every
building in.

I'm not sure how to add address information for blocks of flats several
stories high, where you obviously can't terrace and using an interpolation
way seems a cop-out. The wiki page doesn't describe this case.

Should I tag the whole building as something like "addr:housenumber=34-108"?
