Good point...but it doesn't detract from the fact that (IMHO) this would
be a valid use of route relations. I was reacting to the assertion that
"we don't use route relations in the UK", which given the open nature of
OSM could easily be outdated tomorrow.
BTW, the E-routes are a UNECE business, not the EU. I don't think we can
pin this one on Brussels.
