[Talk-GB] UK Tagging Guideline - wiki page proposals

In my opinion, the cycleway=track method is much better - it's easier to
map, gives a cleaner and more accurate rendering, and is more
representative of what's on the ground. Routing works much better this way
too.
I would use a separate way and highway=cycleway when the cycle path is any
significant distance away from the edge of the road.
