[Talk-GB] Hatfield Tunnel not appearing as a tunnel

I reckon It's the inclusion of the A1(M) relation (103623)

I've remove it from one of the carriageways and it seems to render properly now.

You just need to identify what it is about that relation that is
overriding the tunnel tag..
