[Talk-GB] naptan:BusStopType = CUS

If I've verified that a "customary" bus stop actually exists by getting
on a bus there, is it normal practice to add a "highway=bus_stop" tag?

The wiki <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dbus_stop>
says "In some countries customary bus stops without any physical
infrastructure at all are common" suggesting yes would be OK.

The Naptan tag mappings page
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/NaPTAN/Tag_mappings> says
"naptan:BusStopType=CUS - to be tagged with highway=bus_stop when
confirmed in person" but doesn't indicate whether "confirmed" means
"confirmed that buses stop there" or "confirmed that there is something
marking the bus stop".

Cheers,
Andy
