[Talk-GB] Locally listed buildings

Thanks Brian, I've updated the wiki page to reflect this:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:listed_status

It's odd that the local listings are in the standard tag form (lower case
and underscore), whilst the national ones include a capital letter and a
space. Would anyone object to me changing the national tags to conform to
the OSM norm?
