Yep ... most of the 'LA' nurseries around here are part of another
school and the designation is fine for them. The edubase data provides a
lot more then just 'kindergarden' if required, BUT I do think that a
premise that is purely under 5's does merit the additional tag.
Certainly the unregulated ones around here are not schools but as I
understand it they will become more regulated as a different sector ...
just like collages.
