[Talk-GB] London bus lanes

Hi all,

I was slightly surprised to find that bus lane tagging in London is very
patchy!

Bus lanes are easy to spot, even from imagery:

1. They are on roads with bus routes (see Andy's Transport map)
2. They have thick white lines separating them from the general lanes
3. They are often painted red/brown
4. They often have big bus-shaped objects in them

The simplest way of tagging them is just busway=lane . (But you can add
lanes:bus:forward=1 and stuff like that if you really want to. Lots more
at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Bus_lanes .)

I'll add a few over the next couple of days - it would be smashing if
others wanted to join in.

cheers
Richard
