[Talk-GB] London bus lanes

I believe visibility of the lanes isn't necessarily the problem, but the
tagging scheme. Actually, I should say schemes; quite difficult to
memorise the differences. And that's before finding out if taxis,
motorbike, bicycles or even cars are permitted.
