[Talk-GB] FHRS and businesses run from home

As OSM is willing to add an address/postcode to the location, I'm still
struggling to understand the reluctance to add an fhrs:id. The FSA did
issue the FHRS database under an open license didn't they?

General Point:
As I said before adding FHRS:ID is an ends in itself. It will allow
sites such as 'scores on the doors' to pin point businesses accurately,
rather than relying on the inaccurate co-ordinates in the fhrs database.
