Also, web sites are maintained by advertising team in the marketing 
department, not by operational departments.  Whilst the latter may need 
to know precise locations to schedule deliveries, marketing departments 
are about projecting a view of the company that the public would like to 
hear, and don't need to know much about how the company really is.
