[Talk-GB] Update bus stop names

For an example of stops being amalgamated see:

https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/485404491/history and
https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/436185070/history were deleted. See

I am not the only person editting stops locally -- but none of us have
added not:name -- just tried to map what is there.
