[Talk-GB] Tagging a record store that also sells drinks

It looks to me like the ISCED levels are correct as they are - you *could* add an isced:level=0 to the nursery, if it's known to be "designed primarily to introduce very young children to a school-type environment" which is not a given, I guess.
