[Talk-GB] East Midlands meeting tomorrow will be virtual

Just a quick note to say the meeting tomorrow Tuesday 24th August will be
on BigBlueButton at 19:30 not an in person meeting. Various factors  -
covid-19, illness in my family, a flooded church - make an in-person even
impractical. I'll update wiki & OSM calendar in the morning.
