[Talk-GB] Tagging historic surface mining/streamworks

There are many examples of historic, and perhaps pre-historic, surface
mining areas, often "streamworks". The are very distinctive on the
ground. There are many on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, and also on
Dartmoor.

I had tagged some of Bodmin moor places with surface_mining with an historic
tag. Some apparent bot, without consultation, turned these into quarries!
They are nothing like quarries.

I am struggling to find or invent decent tagging. Theses are often
very distinct areas, and really need tagging. historic=mine doesn't
seem right, although I have used this for now in at least one case.
And added a subtag mine=surface. Or should that be historic_mine=surface?

Landuse varies: mostly these are open moor, and sheep, cattle and ponies
sometimes graze there. Again no obvious landuse tag. Landcover varies:
some of these are very snady areas with shrunbs and grass. Others
are mainly grassy, but usually with sand and gravel presumably from the
historic streaming and excavation.

Any suggestions for tagging? I think that we need something new.
