[Talk-GB] NLS OS 1:10,560 not working?

For a number of weeks now I've not been able to get the NLS OS 1:10,560
maps to work in JOSM or Vespucci, although they still display on their
website and the NLS OS 1:25k layer still seem to work. Is this a known
issue? Does anyone know if it's likely to be resolved soon?
