[Talk-GB] R e: UPRN to postcode lookup

Just be aware that the Postcode refers to the 'delivery point' not the land - I have worked at a site where the delivery point & therefore was in one borough but most of the site was in another adjacent borough. 
Caused a lot of confusion when we applied for planning permission based on the postcode borough rather than the site borough !
