Hello Russ et al,

Thank you for the quick replies - much appreciated. It's clear that
licensing is the issue to be solved.

I've added this license to the github repo.

The data probably most useful to OSM is...

The features listed in these files are our own research and I'm keen
to make them available to OSM if possible. However, the coordinates
are derived from Google Maps' geocoder (also
parliamentary_constituency comes from postcodes.io, but that's
probably not useful to you anyway). Is it possible to use the
feature's name, address, phone number, and email address without the
Google-derived coordinates?

Some form of mention of our URL to acknowledge our charity's work
(even if just in the script that does the import) would be very much
appreciated.
