[Talk-GB] Post Box Last Collection Times

Certainly around here most postboxes around the town  have a collection time of 9:00. The main box by the post office is 17:30.

Maybe a distance from a post office/sorting/delivery office can be used to add a note/needs survey tag to the likely 09:00 not already tagged with a D suffix.
