[Talk-GB] Voting on a tag for parcel lockers

FYI, voting has just been opened on a new tag for parcel lockers for
picking up and returning parcels. Common brands in the UK include
Amazon, InPost and Hermes.

The proposed tag is amenity=parcel_machine, which isn't a term I've
ever heard used in the UK, and I don't think is particularly
descriptive for these objects. It's not entirely clear to me from the
discussion why there was a late change from the originally proposed
amenity=parcel_locker(s).

I think it would be good to get some wider input into the discussion/voting.
