[Talk-GB] Voting on a tag for parcel lockers

Although the vending machine tag is a little eccentric, it's well
established. It's not clear at all that this actually improves anything
either way.
There are plenty of other tags where the current name is also slightly at
variance with expectations or other meanings: highway=unclassified (minor
roads), landuse=meadow (farmland used for pasture or grass crops),
tourism=chalet (self-catering tourist accommodation) come to mind. It may
grate, but has rarely impeded OSM.
