[Talk-GB] UK Food Banks

Hi Jason

I've manually added all your foodbank data, as it's public domain now
according to github, for the West Midlands (i.e
Birmingham,Solihull,Coventry, Dudley,Walsall, Wolverhampton). I've parsed
address data into osm format, added source=give_food and removed the slug
field. I've placed nodes on the correct building and corrected typos and
addresses where necessary so you might want to update your data.  Where I
know the operator for network=independent I've added that. I'll slowly
radiate out into adjacent counties. Thanks for your efforts:I hope others
can use this data soon too. Any dissent from my tagging by fellow osmers
I'll amend as necessary if a different consensus emerges.
