[Talk-GB] UK Food Banks

A quick question for Jason: what is the difference between a site
from foodbanks.geojson and a site from locations.geojson? Is the former a
place where you take donations as well as receive, and the latter somewhere
you may only receive [sorry, if this isn't the appropriate terminology]?
