[Talk-GB] NaPTAN updating for new bus stops

I've had an idea to make a tool to help compare (and update) OSM bus
stops with NaPTAN for a while. It's still on the todo list, but I
probably wont get find the motivation to do it anytime soon.

But for people that want a easy view of NaPTAN today, there is
bustimes.org [1]. The pages for individual bus stops lists the
naptan:NaptanCode and naptan:AtcoCode.

I used to recommend geopunk [2], but apparently it's pretty bad for
people without an ad blocker.
