[Talk-GB] NaPTAN updating for new bus stops

Thanks All,

the stops are done, but I now realise there was already a lot to be done 
on the routes using them.  Maybe I'll find time for a big armchair 
session at some point.


In the end I used the CSV as Tony suggested: iD apparently only displays 
geojson data, giving me the locations I already had but not filling in 
the fields, and it wasn't even playing nicely with that for me
