I'd absolutely agree that changing "Source" to "source" is a "typo fix"
in the spirit of that wiki page. Here the original mapper surely meant
to use a normal OSM "source" tag, but accidentally used a capital S.
It can be difficult sometimes to guess what the original mapper meant*,
but not here - in this case it's absolutely clear and makes perfect
sense to change "Source" to "source" (after checking for existing
"source" tags that might conflict, which turns out not to be an issue:
https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1ezI ).
Someone has already mentioned to the original mapper at
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/65598267 that adding source tags
to every object isn't necessary if all of the objects in a changeset
have the same source. If I was editing in the area and using multiple
sources (usually I'd use a mixture of survey, whatever imagery seems
best, and something for imagery alightment such as OS OpenData and OSMUK
cadastral parcels) I'd probably remove the "Source/source" tags as I
went, or replace it with something descriptive of the multiple sources used.
Best Regards,
Andy
* With a DWG hat on I've just partially reverted
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/113316313 , which removed lots
of invalid surface values that might actually be useful to future local
mappers, but also did make some likely correct guesses, like
"surface=as" being a typo for "surface=asphalt". There I've tried to
preserve the "good guesses" but undo the "tag removals" - "surface=g"
might be "ground", "grass" or "gravel", and a mapper with local
knowledge might be able to say "because it's in this area it's
obviously...."
