[Talk-GB] Hanway Street - London - highway=residential or highway=service

I don't think Hanway street should be a service road. It has several cafes, bars and shops on it, with their addresses and customer entrances on Hanway Street itself.

The photograph is taken from the east ent of the street, facing west, angled slightly to the south.

The photograph is angled to show the only part of the road with no business premises on it. But you can just see the row of customer-facing businesses on the right hand side; and the pale blue building at the the end of the photo is on Hanway Street too, as it begins to curve round to the south with another row of shops/bars etc.
