[Talk-GB] Hanway Street - London - highway=residential or highway=service

"Alley" in a road name doesn't really mean it's an alley  or service 
road though.  One example, that would be better named "lane" is "The 
Alley" in Faulston

(StreetView link).  Naming is daft though - when I look at Hanway St it 
reminded me of Bristol's (very narrow) Broad St.  Many alleys are 
unadopted and/or unmaintained.

Hanway St is one way and looks intended to be low-traffic, but clearly 
has frontages on it - it looks like an unclassified road, just a small one
