Walking around towns looking for a very limited number of stickers is
probably not an ideal activity during a lockdown.

Most will be on pubs and cafes which are currently closed so impossible
to verify that the scheme is still in operation.

Once 'normal' returns we will have a very big task updating retail
POIs, in particular the hospitality sector as who knows how much of
this sector will be lost and 'free as in beer' water would be an
attribute suited to this time.
