[Talk-GB] UK Tasking Manager

Hi

Is there a UK instance of the tasking manager that an individual could use?  I cannot see one listed on the Wiki.

I've been trying to review the rural area around me with the new "improved" bing imagery and it would be helpful to have some way of doing this methodically and this would seem like a possible application to help with this.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to carry out methodical reviews of large areas using JOSM this would also be appreciated.
