I already have access rights to create projects on tasks.osm.ch, so
probably as easy to talk to me direct!

It's also possible to use polygons rather than gridded squares for tasks
which may suit for some purposes. For instance I used LSOAs as a test area
<http://tasks.osm.ch/project/9> for solar panels. Combining with the
potlatch or Josm task lists (e.g., from a downloadable geojson of items to
review, e.g., via overpass) may also work well. I've found with solar that
100-200 items is manageable for review & some editing, this may affect how
you would wish to divide up an area.
