The roads there seem fairly well aligned to OS OpenData StreetView.  In 
places where there hasn't been redevelopment that's usually a pretty 
good option, so I'd actually align the Bing imagery so that the roads in 
OSM match the centrelines. Doing that aligns the buildings pretty well 
too (with a couple of minor exceptions).
